Aichi Prefectural University aims to nurture independent human resources with rich humanity and superior intellect, rich in internationality, creativity, and practicality, by conducting quality research and providing quality education backed by quality research. In this way, the University will face social changes such as globalization and informatization, and respond to the demands of the local and international communities as a public university in Aichi Prefecture.

Aichi Prefectural University seeks students who possess the following knowledge and skills, the ability to think, judge, and express themselves, and a sense of purpose, motivation, and attitude, in order to implement the educational goals and the education stipulated in the Diploma Policy and Curriculum Policy.

Therefore, the University is looking for the following students.

Undergraduate

  1. People with basic academic skills in subjects to be mastered in high school, especially those with broad knowledge and interest in subjects necessary for studying specialized fields in each faculty [knowledge and skills].
  2. People who have the ability to consider and judge various issues logically [thinking, judgment, and expression].
  3. Those who have acquired the language skills necessary to accurately express their own ideas about the specialized fields of each faculty and to cooperate and collaborate with diverse people [thinking, judgment, and expression skills].
  4. People who are interested in, understand, and respect diverse cultures and values, and who are willing to contribute to local and international communities, including Aichi Prefecture [sense of purpose, motivation, and attitude].
