Greetings from the Dean

The Graduate School of Nursing at Aichi Prefectural University aims to nurture outstanding nursing researchers and educators with scientific thinking and advanced research skills who can play a leading role in society, as well as advanced practitioners who contribute to society with a high level of expertise and practical skills.

One of the features of this graduate school is its extensive coursework, which provides students with the basic knowledge and methods necessary for nursing researchers and educators, such as nursing theory, survey research methods, qualitative research methods, and statistical analysis. In addition, students can receive research guidance from multiple perspectives through a multiple-supervision system. We believe that by learning theory and research methods in graduate school, students will be able to verbalize our practice in the master's program and explain to others why that practice can be considered nursing. In the doctoral program, you will be able to master methodologies that aim to embody reproducible and effective nursing practice.

Let's pursue nursing science together.
